Our feasibility study considers high, low and likely scenarios so you are well informed of the best and worst case positions. Ultimately, we believe if the worst-case scenario still represents a decent return and fits within your strategy and financial capacity, then it’s a very worthwhile investment to make.
Our feasibility studies are based on decades of market experience and knowledge. The study will break down all your costs clearly and simply for you to understand – everything from securing the property (deposit, stamp duty, loan fees, legal fees etc) through the construction phase (building costs and loan interest repayments) to finalisation of your project.
In evaluating properties, we will estimate on-sale and rental potential based on two dependable sources:
- We will review comparable sales in the area based on actual, real, industry leading data (often not available for public access) – we look at the properties that have already sold, not those that are currently on the market for sale; and
- We obtain multiple property appraisals from local and trusted Agents – the appraisals will consider both re-sale and rental potential on completion.
We build both these hold and sell opportunities into your feasibility study. The study allows us to easily identify:
- If it is an investment worth pursuing; and
- Whether a buy or hold scenario is best suited to your overall strategy
