Alan oversees a team who will work with our clients to understand their brief, put together a floor plan that meets the needs of staff and patients, manage the council/CDC processes, assist to select suitable fittings and furniture choices and ultimately provide a stylish practice to be proud of.
Alan manages our team of Project Managers who ensure your practice complies, not only with council regulations but also with industry accreditation, where applicable, and is managed to strict deadlines as we understand obligations to pay rent or mortgage payments require our clients to commence income generation as soon as possible.
Alan ensures all planning is carried out in detail up-front which means once works commence there are no unexpected surprises by way of delays in time or unforeseen costs!
