She is an experienced end to end Operations Manager and has extensive experience with change management, collaboration post mergers and acquisitions, HR processes/procedures and succession planning.
She has a strong ability to develop/restructure teams and write necessary business plans and is an excellent negotiator with the confidence to effectively communicate at all levels of industry.
Rebecca utilises her superior stakeholder relationship management skills to coordinate and project manage the complex processes involved in setting up health practices for our clients.
